De som var på CSR 23 i Oslo dette år kan ha møtt denne vennlige karen (og kompisen hans Shane) på et tidspunkt i løpet av helgen. En lidenskapelig entusiast med over førti års erfaring med scooterkjøring (rally, turer og racing) ser det ut til at Mark ikke har mangel på scooterbaserte historier – så mye at han ble inspirert til å samle disse minnene i en nyutgitt bok.
